Delivery and installation recently completed on multiple Pass Through Hatches into the new Hospitals Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility located in Perth Western Australia.
Pass Through Hatches protect critical environments while allowing transfer of materials to and from adjoining rooms. Materials can be transferred in both directions through interlocked doors.
For this particular project our SafeThrough PTH were supplied to provide HEPA filtered Grade B particulate air cleanliness conditions. These incorporated on board PLC for control parameters and remote alarm/fault condition status. Full 316SS construction with magnetic interlock function. Each PTH was supplied with full materials traceability and operational qualification documentation.
BIOAIR SafeThrough PTH range includes Static (No Airflow), HEPA with HVAC supply connection & HEPA with integral Motor Blower. Standard sizes are available along with Bespoke manufacture custom designs to meet client specific user requirements. Past project deliverables have included double stacked chambers, larger chambers for passing through trolleys, UVC cycle pass throughs, L shape Hatches. Our design can easily integrate with EMS/BMS monitoring conditions i.e. Pressure, Alarms, Fan door interlock timing, T/H.
