The ScanAir Pro system from Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions is an advanced particle counter-based HEPA / ULPA filter testing system which provides the user with an easy and lightweight method for testing and scanning PTFE, fibreglass, and other filter media for leaks in accordance with ISO14644.3 international standards. The particle counter may be used (as a particle counter) for certifying and monitoring cleanrooms, or it may be simply connected to the ScanAir Pro unit turning it into a highly sensitive and accurate filter testing system.

Incorporating an ergonomic lightweight scanning probe with touchscreen user interface, the ScanAir Pro also includes a Lighthouse 3100 portable particle counter and a dual-port diluter that can be remotely switched between measurements from the touch screen handle. The ScanAir Pro system allows you to take an upstream and downstream measurement that displays real time percent leak information on the integrated touch screen display.

The AG-E3 Laskin nozzle aerosol generator is a completely self-contained product (no external compressor needed) designed to incorporate the functionality of both of our previous electric cold Laskin nozzle model generators (AG-E1 & AG-E2). The AG-E3 offers the flexibility to leak test low airflow filter systems such as animal racks and isolators as well as still having the capability to test larger applications such as laminar flow hoods and biosafety cabinets all with the turn of a valve. The AG-E3 can be utilised to test filter systems from 34 to 2025 cfm.
