Verita Pharma Pty Ltd (“VP”) is a subsidiary of Verita Healthcare Group. LAF tech was chosen to deliver a Validated GMP Environmental Monitoring System for their newly built compounding facility in Caringbah, NSW.
LAF tech installed environmental sensors comprising of twenty-one Sensocon A2012 series Remote Differential pressure sensors with LED display and LED process arch along with eight EE210 Humidity and Temperature transmitters from E+E Elektronik. Environmental conditions Monitored on our industry standard Lighthouse LMS Pharma EMS software.
Lighthouse LMS Pharma software provides security and permissions features which ensure data integrity is always maintained and enables compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR 11. Software per se cannot be 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, as it is whole systems that includes equipment, people and company structures that are involved within the hierarchy of compliance.
Each sensor channel is connected to an ICPDAS PET-7217 analogue input module channel, which receives the 4-20 mA signal and then converts it into a scalable input to the LMS Pharma Software. The software displays this mA signal as a measurement in Pascals (Pa) for example.
The alarm outputs were visually signalled through four Patlite LME-302FB-RYG ceiling mounted alarm indicators. The LMS Pharma system is configured with the ability to send email notifications when alarm conditions or faults occur.

LAF tech continues to support the system ongoing providing both onsite onsite and remote technical support. Our in-house NATA accredited Laboratory routinely receives the clients Lighthouse Portable Particle counting and Microbial sampling Instrumentation for annual ISO 21501-4 calibration service.
