cGMP Monitoring System LMS Pharma – St John of God WA

St John of God Subiaco Hospital

Project Date: Nov 2020 to Feb 2020

St John of God Subiaco Hospital has provided cancer care since 1898, longer than any other private health care facility in Western Australia. LAFtech was selected to provide EMS system for their new compounding pharmacy constructed as part of the hospital upgrade. The LMS Pharma EMS system was delivered with full training and support. The EMS system was installed in 2020

The deliverables include the Australian Standard newly designed and engineered APEX RSP Series counters with internal pump with 1.0 CFM airflow rate along with the ultra-modern smart bracket technology.

Particle counters with internal robust pumps with HEPA filtered exhaust saves the end user from huge initial and ongoing scheduled pump service investment for an EMS system. Apex provides real time continuous data collection at a cost-effective price per point offering. The Risk Mitigation features of Self-Diagnostics virtually eliminate data errors. The sloped front profile with the enclosure makes it compatible with industry standard decontamination processes.

Apart from Particle monitoring, we are also monitoring room and transfer hatch pressure, Room Humidity and Temperature, Fridge and Freezer Temperature.

At SJOG we are also assisting their IT department with periodic windows software update on the two redundant EMS servers installed as per SJOG IT policy.
