The Green Dispensary is a Trusted and experienced compounding pharmacy started in 1977, now with their sate of the art compounding facility in St Peters, South Australia. Another Australian standard LMS Pharma (SCADA) EMS system was delivered with APEX R5 series particle counters with industry leading smart bracket technology and other environmental sensors for comprehensive facility environment monitoring. The EMS system was installed in 2017
With 20 plus environmental sensors and particle counters to monitor Grade A and Grade B areas, the system was large enough to be monitored through the 8 units of ICPDAS PET series control modules for sending, receiving and converting I/O signals from field sensors and alarm devices. The PET series I/O Module communicates to the EMS via Ethernet, requiring an IP address for communications with the LMS Pharma software.
A state-of-the-art Central Vacuum System, Graphical user Interface (GUI) was also developed to control the vacuum pump operation from the operator PC through LMS Pharma Client Interface.
The EMS system was designed based on a single database server architecture for both data monitoring and data history.
